The Farm

Better late than never, but today is the today where we are finally doing McKenna's birthday fun day. 

McKenna wanted to go to the Denver zoo for her birthday fun day, but the weekend we planned on doing that was also when Logan was in the hospital. Due to all the craziness revolving around that, we had to push it back. We pushed it back a lot further than we wanted, but hey, life happens. 

Now that things are settled down from our vacation to Michigan, it was time to think of something to do for McKenna. We gave her 2 options. We could spend the day at the zoo or we could go see Toy Story 4 and Spiderman and she could pick out something for lunch one day. 

After spending the whole day thinking about it, McKenna chose to go to the movies and lunch. 

We still felt pretty guilty that we hadn't had her birthday fun day yet, so we also treated her to some ice cream at Kilwin's and some time at The Farm. 

The Farm was a last minute thing that Courtney found, but knew that McKenna would enjoy a lot. She loves her lambies, so we knew this was the perfect thing to do for her to finish off her birthday fun day!

The Farm was a little farm where you can feed the sheep and goats, also see some horses and cows. It wasn't anything big, but it was perfect. 

McKenna was beyond excited when she spotted the lambies. Her smile was ear to ear and it didn't matter what else we were doing, she always went back to them. The lambies got never ending love from her, all 3 of them really. 

We may not have been able to do McKenna's birthday fun day when we wanted too, but either way, we celebrated McKenna, doing everything that she loves.
