It has been hard for her to sleep though. For a couple nights, she would wake up freaking out because of the runny nose, in which she would end up in bed cuddling with Mommy and Daddy. It was really nice having her sleeping in bed with us again, but I just hate seeing her so miserable.
Her nose was red and dry from wiping her nose. It even got to the point when she saw us grabbing a wipe for her nose, she would run away from us. It was kinda cute at first, but after a while, it wasn't so funny any more.
Today was the first day where I can tell McKaila is feeling better. The last few days, she's been super cuddly (which I love) and today, she woke up and just wanted to play. It was great seeing her play with the dogs and not look so miserable when she woke up. We even went outside to play a little bit before nap time! So, happy that she is finally feeling better, just in time for Courtney's dad and step mom to get here. They'll be in town tonight!! We're very excited to see them. It's been since Christmas 2010 since they last came to visit.
Since, it has been a while since I've last blogged, I thought I would post some pictures of Easter. We didn't do anything special because Courtney had to work. So, after lunch Amber, McKaila and I headed to Andrews to visit Courtney at work. I figured since we can't be at home as a family and there was nothing going on at his work, mind as well hang out as a family there. McKaila loves going to see her daddy at work because she loves seeing all the planes. We even got to see the President of Brazil fly in.
