Yesterday was a beautiful day, so we decided to spend the day at the zoo. Great decision because McKaila had so much fun looking at all the animals.
It was a crowded day at the zoo, due to all the schools on their field trips, but it was alright. Besides lunch time, we seemed to miss all the too crowded areas.

This was McKaila's favorite area to be in the whole day, the gorillas. There was a sitting area, where people could sit and watch the 3 gorillas interact. McKaila would walk back and forth along the glass area and talk like she was telling us all about them.

What a great and wonderful day spent at the zoo with our little family!! We are hoping to do more of these little all day trips this summer!!
We love getting to see McKaila brighten up with all these new things that she is seeing.
