We have been lucky enough to have many visitors come visit us now that we are closer to family, so it didn't take long for my parents to take some time off of work and head our way for a long weekend. It's always nice to have family around and show them around your new hometown and the kids especially love it because they get beyond spoiled by them!

Second stop was to Hendrick Motorsports, my favorite spot!!
We were lucky enough to get the last slot for a tour of JR motorsports. It was so cool to go back into the garage area and see all the guys working on the cars. We even got to see the cars that were getting ready for the upcoming races and even the cars that were just getting back from the last race. I got to say it was pretty interesting to see what all goes into getting the cars ready for race day.
To end my parents vacation here in NC, mom and I made it a craft afternoon while the kids and papa napped!
