Courtney is home, which only means one thing….
He’s got to meet Skylar Jo!!
Unfortunately, there wasn’t a whole lot of open dates for us to head to NC, so in the end we decided to make it a one night stop. It sucks that we couldn’t stay longer, but Courtney needed to meet Skylar, so we had to do whatever we could to make it work.
Uncle CP was in absolute heaven, meeting Skylar for the first time. He wanted all the baby love he could get, which meant for me, not a whole lot of Skylar time. I was able to get a little bit of cuddles in and I did manage to get in a lot of kisses! I just love her so much!!
For the first time in a long bit, it was actually a really nice weekend. Usually, when we visit the Arizpe’s, it’s cold and rainy. It was actually perfect weather, so we decided to head downtown to do some walking around and grab some lunch before heading back home to SC.
Our trip was super quick and sure felt like we had just got there, but I’m so glad we were able to work something out to be able to have Courtney meet Skylar!
